Our stay was extremely frustrating due to limited service. We were not allowed to adjust the room temperature ourselves, leading to constant discomfort. Additionally, the food options were incredibly poor, resembling a fast food court atmosphere, which was disappointing for the price we paid.

Awesome stay with a view!

We had an amazing time! The hiking around was perfect and the air was so fresh. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch, especially in the evenings. Really enjoyed the family room with a spacious layout. One thing though, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, which was kinda annoying.

Everything was clean and nice. The location offered a serene atmosphere with breathtaking trees and mountains, ideal for long walks and fresh air enjoyment.

I'd love to see more wellness options, like a classic Russian banya to complement existing facilities.

We had an amazing time enjoying the beautiful nature around us and loved the peaceful balcony where we relaxed during the rain. The outdoor swimming pool and spa treatments added a nice touch for unwinding after long walks. One little downside was that it got pretty warm in the room, but it wasn't a deal-breaker at all! 🌲

A serene escape surrounded by stunning mountains and trees, the fresh air was rejuvenating. The spacious Family Room with a balcony offered comfort, making for a perfect retreat. The wide variety of delicious food, including Bernese sausages, enhanced our stay significantly. However, the room temperature was uncomfortably warm at times, the Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, and additional wellness options such as a classic Russian banya would be a great improvement.
